Phone reservation and cancellation policies for nightly reservations
All reservations will be charged a $20.00 non-refundable deposit. if cancelled by 1 P.M. two (2) days prior to scheduled arrival day there are no additional charges. If not cancelled the balance due for the first nights stay will be charged; no refunds. Cancellations may be made by email or phone. This policy does not apply to Longmire days or to members of a tour, group or rally.

Long Term Reservation Policy: A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required to secure a monthly reservation. The Monthly reservation start date must again be confirmed by phone or email at least 1 week prior to start date or the reservation will be cancelled.
